What we collect
When you book a demo on this site, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your company name, your phone number, your email address and your crew size. That is all the form asks for.
Our hosting provider also sees the internet address a request comes from, as every website's host does. We use it only to stop abuse of the form.
How we use it
- To build your demo and send you the link.
- To reply to you about Xyrol. Nothing else.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
- We do not use advertising trackers or cookies on this site.
- We do not add you to a mailing list. If we email you, you can tell us to stop and we will.
Who helps us run this site
Three companies handle information on our behalf, and may process it outside Canada:
- Vercel hosts the site and counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
- Resend delivers the two emails a demo request creates: one to us, one confirmation to you.
- Google provides our email inbox, where your request arrives.
Storage and retention
Your request is kept in our email and our own records for as long as we are in touch about your demo. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email us and we will take care of it promptly.
Website previews
Xyrol also makes sample website designs for trades businesses from public business listings. If a preview was made for your business and you would like it changed or taken down, email us and we will do it.
